I took my car to Bennett Dunlop after a "transmission malfunction" light came on. I knew that was not good, so I head to Bennett Dunlop first thing in the morning on a Friday, without an appointment. Understandably, they attempted to squeeze me in but they were fully booked. Courtney explained they may be able to take a look at it over weekend but couldn't make any promises. She phoned me Monday and confirmed the issue. Luckily, the part was covered under extended warranty but that it was on back order. She also said that they would cover the cost of a rental in the meantime, which was great. Anytime I had a question, Courtney and ?Kira were quick to answer. After almost three weeks, my car was ready. I did require an additional fix to another part of the car, oil change and tire rotation on top of the transmission fix. The total for the additional work was much less than what I had anticipated. Honestly, I've avoided getting work done at a dealership and have gone to other shops...but the customer service, communication from Courtney and the other service worker, as well as the smoothness of the whole circumstance has changed my mind.

Staff were polite and helpful. Price as quoted over the phone was half the actual cost though. Glad they got my new key cut and programmed right away. I had to pay dearly for it but I got what I need.
