Aside from Ford dropping the Bronco's base trim, not much has changed for the 2024 Bronco. However, the Bronco Badlands trim has received some upgrades. It now features a heavy-duty bumper. The 12.0-inch screen is also now standard on all trims.

It’s equipped with Ford's Sync 4 software, which powers a 12.0-inch touchscreen built into the dashboard. The Bronco has three engine options, depending on the trim level:
- 2.3-litre EcoBoost four-cylinder: This engine is standard in the base Big Bend model and produces 275 horsepower. It has a 7-speed manual or 10-speed automatic transmission and standard four-wheel drive.
- 2.7-litre EcoBoost V6: This upgraded engine is available in the Wildtrak trim and produces 330 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque with premium fuel. It comes exclusively with the 10-speed SelectShift automatic transmission.
- 3.0-litre EcoBoost V6: This engine is standard in the trail-rated Bronco Raptor and produces 418 horsepower and 440 lb-ft of torque.Â

The Bronco is available with a suite of driver-assistance technology. Ford's Co-Pilot360 suite of safety features includes parking sensors. It also has equipment that makes it easier for low-speed rock crawling and trail driving, such as trail turn assist and trail control.
