I took my car in for diagnostics, and they provided great customer service. The drop-off to work and pick-up from home service was really convenient, especially since I had to leave my vehicle overnight for further diagnostics. My advisor (Bobbie) kept me well informed throughout the process. However, I think the diagnostic fees could be a bit lower.
