10K Giveaway Rules and Regulations
- The contest period is from August 1 - September 30, 2025.
- There are two ways to qualify for this event:
- ‘Automatically Qualify’ for the contest by taking physical delivery of a vehicle during the program period. The qualifying vehicle must be considered a retail value of more than $5,000.00
- Qualify by being selected as the ‘No Purchase Necessary’ winner. (see “No Purchase Necessary’ rules below)
- Any Factory order or Dealer transfer will qualify, if the vehicle is delivered during the program period.
- Fleet, Government, Daily Rental vehicles will not qualify for this program.
- Employees and employee family members of the Driving Change Automotive Group will not qualify for this program.
- A guest whom exercises their lease buy out option will not qualify.
- The ‘Automatically Qualifying’ guest will be determined by the following; the guest has taken physical deliver as outlined above, the dealership has been funded by the guests financial institution/ funds have been verified for cash deals and is the guest of which the bill of sale or the registration holder of the vehicle purchased during the program.
- The qualifying guest must be present and register on Thursday, October 2, 2025 between 4:45 pm and 6:00 pm at Bennett Dunlop Ford in the main building showroom. Draw will take place between 6:00PM – 6:30PM
- The winner will be determined as outlined in the $10,000.00 Giveaway Winner.
- The $10,000 disclaimer form needs to be signed at the time of delivery. (see attached $10,000 Disclaimer form).
No Purchase Necessary’ qualifying contestant
- Another way to enter the contest is by test driving a vehicle at the dealership. This ‘No Purchase Necessary’ contestant will then be entered into a draw drum with all other ‘No Purchase Necessary’ contestants, by means of a ballot form.
- On the evening of the draw date for the $10,000 Giveaway, one contestant will be pulled from the “No Purchase Necessary ‘draw drum.
- The contestant must present and have registered at the dealership the evening of the event to qualify on Thursday October 2, 2025 between 4:45pm – 6:00pm.
- The winner of the ‘No Purchase Necessary’ draw will then receive an entry into the $10,000 Giveaway by being entered into the draw barrel with the ‘Automatically Qualifying’ contestants.
- The winner of the ‘ No Purchase Necessary draw will then be consider an ‘Automatically Qualifying’ contestant for all other rules of the event.
$10,000 Giveaway Winner
- The contestants must pre-register at the registration desk between 4:45pm and 6:00 pm on Thursday October 2, 2025 at Bennett Dunlop Ford in the main buildings showroom.
- All contestants will receive a two portioned ticket. The contestant will hold on to one ticket and place the other ticket in the draw drum.
- 5 tickets will be drawn from the draw barrel and the numbers will be read out.
- These 5 contestants will line up in the order of which their ticket was pulled from the draw barrel.
- The first contestant will choose one of the 5 briefcases, and carry on down the line of contestants in the order of which their ticket was called until a winner has selected the briefcase with $10,000.00!
