First off, I purchased my vehicle from a different dealership, so I have always contacted that other dealership first to book a service or repair, but they would always give me a “we will get you booked in for next week, and mayyyyybe we will look at your vehicle”… I will never call or accept a call from Capital Ford again. From here on, I will be giving all my business to Bennett Dunlop Ford. The Service and Parts desks are always quick to assist you. I called the service desk bc I had an emergency electrical issue that needed to be looked at before I had to be on the highway to work in a few hours. They said, “No worries. Bring it in and we will see how long it will take”. I was in the drive thru bay immediately, handed the keys over, and they had me fixed up under warranty and on the highway to work and clocked in ON TIME.
