My experiences at Bennett Dunlop over the years and currently are all great. The customer service is friendly and efficient. They are also very patient and understanding. I always feel like one of the family when I take my vehicle there (or call) ; all the staff are so welcoming. And they do a great job taking care of all my vehicle’s needs too!

Sviatlana was a great salesperson to buy from and deal with. Friendly, good communication on questions/answers. She was newer to the job, but always found the answers needed and knew where to get them.... 6 stars for her if I could.... . Darren was also a great team leader and ALWAYS helping out when needed. Would definitely buy from Bennett again in a heartbeat. However, the only disappointment I had was seeing posters around the dealership that say "the price you see is what you pay".... Well, upon signing papers, I was informed about a "non optional" $1000 additional warranty for seats and headliners for the truck. Not saying it isn't of value because I don't know yet, but first, make it optional, and if not, why not live by the marketing and just add it into the price instead of it being a surprise after the fact?
