First off, I purchased my vehicle from a different dealership, so I have always contacted that other dealership first to book a service or repair, but they would always give me a “we will get you booked in for next week, and mayyyyybe we will look at your vehicle”… I will never call or accept a call from Capital Ford again. From here on, I will be giving all my business to Bennett Dunlop Ford. The Service and Parts desks are always quick to assist you. I called the service desk bc I had an emergency electrical issue that needed to be looked at before I had to be on the highway to work in a few hours. They said, “No worries. Bring it in and we will see how long it will take”. I was in the drive thru bay immediately, handed the keys over, and they had me fixed up under warranty and on the highway to work and clocked in ON TIME. No lost hours, no money out of my pocket, and I felt like everyone is treated with the same amount of urgency. I have dealt with Ryan, Rose and Brooke in Service. Craig in Parts. Say hi to them for me 🤙🏽 *Edit* I meant to say Andrew in Service, not Ryan. If you do have a Ryan, I’m sure he’s great too haha!
